
The AC/GC Chargers were in action Thursday night.
The track and field teams played host, with the girls team finishing 5th overall with 69 team points, and the boys finishing 2nd overall with 116 team points. For the girls team, there were 15 scoring performances, with five top three performances. The best finishes came in the 400 meter hurdles where Cadence Petersen finished 1st in 1:10.75, and from the 4×200 meter relay team, who also finished 1st in 1:53.88.
For the boys, there were 19 scoring performances, with six being top three performances. Of those, five were 1st place finishes. The 1st place completions came from Brexton Schneider in the 110 meter high hurdles with a time of 15.38 seconds, the sprint medley relay team with a time of 1:38.06, the 4×100 meter relay team with a time of 44.39 seconds, the 4×200 meter relay team with a time of 1:33.83, and the shuttle hurdle relay team with a time of 1:02.88.
