Visitation for Dean Luverne Lauer, 89, of Winterset, will be held at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, Winterset Chapel on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 5-7 p.m. and the Funeral Service will be on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., also at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, Winterset Chapel. The burial with military honors will follow at the Hill of Zion Cemetery in Adair County.

Memorials may be made to the Hill of Zion Cemetery and/or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
