The Greene County High School boys’ soccer team is off the rest of this week after winning a pair of home contests on Monday and Tuesday in Jefferson at Linduska Field. Coach Chad Black’s Rams won 7-2 on Monday vs. Logan-Magnolia, a Class 1A team that had outscored opponents 38-3 prior to falling to Greene County. The Rams rallied to beat Perry on Tuesday 3-2, improving their home record to 5-0 and Heart of Iowa Activities mark to 3-0. The Rams are 2-2 on the road with both losses by one goal.

Greene County has road games on Monday and Tuesday next week starting with PCM (Monroe), followed by a Tuesday make up game at 4:30 p.m. at Des Moines Christian School in Urbandale.
