The McCreary Community Building Fitness Team invites everyone to join them in working toward a new and healthy you in 2015.

They’re hosting a Get Fit Day on Saturday, January 3rd.  A variety of classes will be taught throughout the morning including Zumba, step aerobics, spinning, yoga, Pilates, and boot camp. Participants will be split into sections and allowed to rotate throughout the different classes.

The day will then end with Hy-Vee’s new dietician Kari Page presenting samples of nutritious snacks and drinks you can incorporate into your diet.

The cost to participate is $20, which includes admittance into the program, an Iron Women of Perry Calendar and a McCreary Community Building water bottle.

Pre-registration starts at 7:30am and the event goes until noon.
