The Guthrie Center City Council will meet tonight in regular session. Some notable agenda items include a liquor license renewal for Dollar General and Jubilee Foods, a Plumber’s Permit for Doug’s Plumbing & Heating, and a Solid Waste Collectors License for Jensen Sanitation. New business to be discussed includes the police department, employee drug screening and National Incident Management System (NIMS) testing. Old business to be discussed includes the dog ordinance and the Main Street Facade Project. The meeting begins at 6 pm inside of the City Clerk’s office.
