There’s a dangerous flu bug on the loose around Iowa that’s already taken the lives of several people, and Guthrie County Public Health Administrator Jotham Arber says the virus is in Guthrie County, and you might not be immune, even if you got your vaccination, “From February until we started getting shots in September or October, we saw a mutation in this particular strain of flu, so it’s different enough that the vaccine portion that prevents it, is not doing as adequate a job as we thought it would.”
