The Guthrie Center boys have won just a single game this season, next to eight losses, and featuring a first year head coach right out of college, and a starting lineup containing a couple of freshman, the team has decided to stay positive while gaining experience, and learn from their losses, as head coach Zack Leeper points out, “It shows our younger kids that they have to step, and play at a higher level, be ready each game to come out and be ready for a war. We learn more from a loss than we do from a win, so we’re gonna take what we learn, and run with it.”

The Guthrie Center boys will have their next chance to run with it, as they prepare to host Madrid tomorrow night.
