Funeral services for Helen Nelson, 104, of Jefferson, will be 10 a.m.  Friday, January 23, at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson, with interment in the Jefferson Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m.  Thursday, and the family will be present at the funeral home to greet friends from  5-7 p.m. Thursday.  Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.

Survivors include daughter, Nancy Rogers of Scranton; sister-in-law, Evelyn Shearman of Jefferson; and nieces and nephews.
