Perry senior Will Whiton will sign his National Letter of Intent this morning at 10:00 inside the Brady Library at Perry High School.  They moved the time to accomodate the class schedule of Whiton’s friends.  Will is anticipated to sign a letter of intent to play football at South Dakota State.
