West Central Cooperative is sponsoring a few workshops for interested individuals in the area.

A hands-on sprayer clinic will be at two locations next week.  One will take place at Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds in Jefferson on Monday, March 2nd and the other will be at the Leonard Good Community Center in Ogden on Friday, March 6th.  Both sessions will be from 10am-2pm.  West Central and WinField will be hosting the clinics.  Pre-registration is encouraged by contacting the Jefferson office at 386-4144.

Then on March 3rd, there will be two workshops with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Climatologist Elwynn Taylor will be discussing the weather outlook.  The first session will be at the Jefferson Elks Lodge at 3pm with registration at 2:30.  The other session will be at St. Patrick’s Hall in Audubon at 7pm with registration at 6:30pm.
