Middle schoolers in Adair County will have the opportunity to learn all about food next Wednesday, March 18th. The Food Adventure Day Trip will show students the different aspects of the food industry. Students will visit a Fareway grocery store to learn about food retail and visit a local wellness center to learn how to eat healthy. The trip will end with a stop at Creston’s Upper Crust bakery, where students will decorate cupcakes and find out how fun food can be. The cost per student is five dollars and includes lunch.
