Kevin Rhodes of Perry was traveling west on Highway 141 Diagonal when his tire blew out causing him to lose control, leaving the road then running into the residence of 15340 141 Diagonal.  No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $3000.00 and $10000.00 to the house.
