With Wild Rose Jefferson opening this weekend, the attached, 73-room Cobblestone Hotel Inn and Suites is also looking to open this weekend as well.

BriMark Builders President of Development Jeremy Griesbach says the three-story structure is about 90 percent completed.  He’s hoping it will be open by their targeted August 1st date.  He adds that they just need to pass all their inspections.  The only part that is left to finish is the pool.  Each hotel room will include free wi-fi, a refrigerator, microwave, a 42-inch flat screen television, granite countertops and a charging station.

Griesbach says despite the cold and rainy weather, the construction crews have done a remarkable job to keep to their targeted deadlines.

Cobblestone broke ground on the project on February 25th.
