A heads up to Perry residents… if you hear gurgling noises in your pipes or small a sewer gas odor in the eastern portion of the city, don’t be alarmed.
The City of Perry has hired Accu-Jet to clean approximately 66,000 linear feet of sewer lines in areas east of 1st Street. During this process, residents may notice the noises or odor. If this happens, you should run water in all drains to help alleviate the odor.
