The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Tuesday.
Items on the agenda include a public hearing in regards to Highway 144 intersection signal improvements, followed by approval of a bid for the project, consideration of the first change order for the 2015 apron rehabilitation project at the airport and the third pay request for the project.
The council will then accept Iowa Department of Transportation grants for runway maintenance and hangar roof repair at the airport, followed by an amendment to the 28E agreement with the Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance and setting a public hearing in regards to vacating a public alley right-of-way.
Finally the Council will review a request for livestock within city limits for residents at 1312 3rd Street and set a date and time for trick or treat night.
The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
