If you take a look at successful teams you might think there’s some sort of complicated formula for their success, some complex set of plays that yields a winning team. The truth couldn’t be any farther away from that statement.

Some of the more successful teams in all of sports often had the simplest formulas for success. This is exactly the mindset of girls head basketball coach Corey Schneider and the Lady Tigers. Simple, yet effective. All in the mindset. Raccoon Valley Radio caught up with coach Schneider as he gave just a brief glimpse into the Tigers uncomplicated yet effective formula for success.

“The main focus will be to handle the ball and handle the pressure and make sure we get good shots every time down the court. Try and speed up the game,” explained coach Schneider.

There you have it, simple yet effective. Now it’s on to 2016 for the Lady Tigers as they take that successful formula to Perry January 5th as they take on the Blue Jays.
