Levi James Thomas, age 38 of 1518 Jefferson St., Redfield was arrested at 812 Bridge St., Redfield for 2 counts of harassment.

Chelsi Hepner of Greenfield was traveling in the 900 block of Madison in De Soto when she was backing out of a driveway and did not see a vehicle parked on the side of the roadway and struck it.  No injuries reported.  Damage to Hepner’s vehicle estimated at $2000.00 and $2500.00 to the parked vehicle.
