It was a tough night for ADM Tiger basketball last night as ADM went 0-2 on the night.

After cutting a ten point late second quarter lead down to just six at the half, the Lady Tigers went on a cold shooting steak. ADM and Ballard went into halftime with the Bombers up by a slight six point margin of 31-25 but when the dust settled at the end of the game, the score had turned into a lopsided 58-37 contest. Molly Jacobsen led all Tiger scoring with 10 points followed by Ellie Mueller with 7 points with Brianna Mueller and Sydney Bertman tied at 6 points a piece. With the loss the Lady Tigers now fall to 8-8 on the season and 7-3 in the Raccoon River Conference.

The ADM boys lost in a heart breaking defeat after witnessing multiple 10 point leads vanish in the second half; none more painful than the 11 point lead at the 2 minute mark that vanished in a matter of seconds. With just over 20 seconds left to go in the ball game ADM had two costly turnovers that immediately turned into fouls and then into scores for the Ballard offense. Tajen Ross led all Tiger scoring with over 20 points for the second straight game. With the loss the Tigers now fall to 9-6 overall and 7-3 in the Raccoon River Conference.

Both teams will be back at it again today in a non conference rescheduled match up against Pella. Girls game will tip off starting at noon with pregame coverage tipping off at 11:45 am. Boys game is set to commence starting at 1:30 pm with pregame coverage tipping off at 1:15 pm on your home for ADM Tiger basketball, K107.9FM and online at raccoonvalleyradio.com.
