Funeral services for Dean Hoskinson, 93, of Jefferson and formerly of Grand Junction, will be 11:00 am Saturday, February 6, 2016 at First United Methodist Church in Grand Junction. Interment will be in the Junction Township Cemetery. Friends may call at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson after 11:00 am Friday, and the family will be present at the funeral home to greet friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Friday.

Survivors include his children: Dennis Hoskinson of Anchorage, Alaska; Diane Ostrander of Jefferson; Darwin Hoskinson of Perry; Denise Jacobs of Grand Junction; 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; two brothers: Wayne Hoskinson of Tucson, AZ and Keith Hoskinson of Grand Junction, IA; and a sister, Virginia Rohden of Des Moines, IA; other relatives and friends.
