The West Central Valley girls track team will compete in their second of two consecutive meets in northeast Iowa, today. The Wildcats competed at the University of Northern Iowa yesterday and are at Wartburg College’s indoor meet today. Head coach Mike Vokes says the talent level is high at both meets. “We’re going to see 3A schools, 4A schools and some top-tier runners that may have been running on their own since January just to get ready for this track season.”

Today’s meet begins at 2:30 p.m. in Waverly.
