A deputy was dispatched to the Union Pacific Railroad overpass in Grand Junction to try and locate a small black and brown puppy that was reported to be slowing traffic as they crossed the bridge. The pup was located and transported to the animal shelter in Jefferson. The owner’s phone number was on the dog’s collar and he was contacted.

A deputy was advised of the theft of an Aluma trailer that was taken from a rural residence in the 900 block of 222nd Street.

A deputy assisted a Department of Human Services caseworker with a residence check in in the 900 block of Stanton Street in Scranton.

A deputy was advised of a reckless and erratic driver in Henderson Park. The vehicle plate and drivers description were provided.

A deputy checked an abandoned vehicle, experiencing mechanical problems, near the Paton-Churdan School in Churdan.

A deputy was advised of a careless driver in Paton.

A deputy was dispatched to Scranton to investigate an abandoned 911 call that dispatchers mapped to the area around Scranton Manufacturing. Everyone was found to be safe.

A deputy was dispatched to the 900 block of 190th Street to assist with a domestic civil issue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
