Marshall Dale Henderson of 33124 Ute Ave., Waukee reported vandalism to his mailbox.
Quebin Jimenez Santamaria of Dallas Center was stopped in the eastbound portion of Highway 44 attempting to make a left turn when he was struck on the driver’s side by a vehicle driven by Alan Kenworthy of Dallas Center. No injuries reported. Damage to each vehicle estimated at $2000.00. Kenworthy was cited for passing within an intersection.

Russell Lee Gardner, age 41 of 402 W Russell St., Jefferson was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of driving while license suspended.
James Allen Cavner, age 65 of 310 88th St., West Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license under suspension.
Austin Love, age 19 of 411 Maple St., Dexter was arrested on a warrant for pretrial release violation-original charge of possess of a controlled substance, failure to affix drug stamp.
Race Brant of Rippey was headed north on Main St., in Woodward when he came to a complete stop behind two other vehicles and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Broderick Easter of Granger who stated he was stopped behind Brant and was struck by a vehicle driven by Julie Pitman of Granger. Pitman stated she was not able to stop in time before striking Easter’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Pitman’s vehicle estimated at $3000.00, $1500.00 to Easter’s and $1000.00 to Brant’s. Pitman was cited for failure to stop in an assured clear distance.
Marjorie Magdalene Alexander of 1210 2nd St., Redfield reported the theft of a battery charger from her property.
