Elvin Cave of Redfield was backing out of his driveway, accelerated increasing the speed of the vehicle and struck the tree. Elvin and a passenger were both taken to Mercy Hospital by the Dallas County EMS for treatment. Damage to the vehicle estimated at 6000.00.

Ryan Alexander Peer, age 23 of 1115 66th St., Windsor Heights was arrested on warrants for possession of prescription drugs and possession of marijuana.
Erika Kristine Bryhne, age 24 of 203 H St., Ft. Dodge, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft 4th.
Timothy Patrick Harrington, age 23 of 32174 Old Portland Rd., Adel was arrested on a warrant for driving while revoked.
Jill Ingrid O’Connor, age 47 of 18830 Jordan Lane, Granger was arrested for child endangerment and assault with a deadly weapon.
