The Perry boys basketball team used  a 16-11 4th quarter run to defeat Bondurant Farrar 69-64 in Raccoon River Conference Action.  Bondurant had defeated Perry by 12 in the first matchup this season.  Perry started all 3 seniors on senior night and all 3 contributed.  Torry Brelsford led the way with 26 points including going for 8-8 at the foul line, Levi Halling scored 2 points in his first varsity start while Drew Nichols chipped in two points as well.  The night wasn’t all about the veterans.  Freshman guard Shammond Ivory dazzled the large crowd with a couple of early highlight reel moves and finished with 20 points while sophomore Will Whiton added 12 points and 7 assists.  Perry senior Levi Halling talked about some of the activities he participates in at Perry High School.

With the win, Perry improves to 8-10 and 6-9 in the RRC while Bondurant Farrar falls to 9-11 and 8-8.  Perry’s next game will be Tuesday when they travel to Saydel to battle the Eagles.  Tip off will be at 7:30.
