Michelle Lau’ree Davis, age 43 of 801 Watrous, Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft.
Meldon James Fetters, Jr., age 54 of 501 2nd St., Bayard was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of serious assault.
John Glenn of Pointia, MI. was traveling west on Interstate 80 when he lost control of his vehicle due to weather conditions, entered the median and struck a cable barrier. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $4000.00 and $800.00 to the cable barriers.
Haley Manning of Johnston was traveling northwest on Highway 141 Diagonal when she lost control of her vehicle due to weather conditions, entered the ditch and flipped onto its top. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicles estimated at $4000.00.
Stacy Vaughn of Perry was traveling west on Lucinda at the 16th St. intersection when a vehicle driven by Heather Melendrez-Ruano of Perry coming from the north slid into Vaughn’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Vaughn’s vehicle estimated at $2500.00 and $3000.00 to Melendrez-Ruano’s. Melendrez-Ruano was cited for no insurance and failure to obey stop sign.
Jason Robert Laing, age 32 of 135 NW 2nd St., Earlham was arrested in the 300 block of State St., Dexter for driving under suspension.
