The 2013 Heart of Iowa Activities Conference golf tournament was held on May 1 under cold and windy conditions at the Honey Creek Golf Course near Boone. Greene County High School was the host of the event. PCM (Monroe) won the 18-hole tourney with 382 strokes, followed by Nevada 404, South Hamilton (Jewell) 432, North Polk (Alleman) 436, Roland-Story (Story City) 444, Gilbert 477, Greene County 521, and Collins-Maxwell-Baxter 529. Colfax-Mingo did not have a full team and Saydel (Des Moines) did not enter.

Meet medalist was Nevada’s Christine Ausman with a 92 while Maddie Peters of PCM was runner-up at 94.

Greene County was led by Kayla Mobley at 128, followed by Lauren Stein 129, Sunny Mobley 131, and Hannah Ober 133.
