An event that has become a warm weather tradition in Adel is happening this weekend.

The All Iowa Wine Festival takes place Saturday afternoon.  Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce Director Karina Ward says this year’s event should be bigger and better than ever with nine wineries participating along with food vendors and live music.

Ward says the goal of the event is to promote Iowa wines and just have a good time.

The event takes place from 4-9pm Saturday at the stage and pavilion in Adel.  Tickets are $15 and available at the door.
