Joel Najera of 1404 Greene St., Apt. 14, Adel was cited for careless driving. Najera was on his motorcycle doing wheelies and traveling at high rates of speed.

Jevoury Kadeen Wedderburn, age 21 of 5417 Aurora Ave., #139, Des Moines was arrested at the 121 mile marker of Interstate 80 for driving under suspension.
Cristian Evera Pineda-Quinones, age 27 of 1305 Otley #5, Perry was arrested on a warrant for assault.
Cherri Cain of Jefferson was traveling west on Highway 141 when her vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Shane Sorensen of Ricketts. No injuries reported. Damage to Cain’s vehicle estimated at $1500.00 and $5000.00 to Sorensen’s. Sorensen was cited for failure to stop within the assured clear distance.
Alcohol Compliance checks were done at several Dallas County business. Cited for sale of alcohol to an underage person were: Tammy Hicks, age 45 of De Soto, Anna Shannon, age 18 of Redfield and Preslee Sisler, age 19 of Anita.

Jonathan Leonard Bevers, age 31 of 275 NE Sunrise Dr., #3, Waukee was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of OWI.
