Byron James Carter, age 21 of 1701 Park Meadow Drive, Altoona was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of burglary.

Casey Robert Grzechowiak, age 28 of 11587 Marshall St., Broomfield, Co. was arrested at the 106MM of Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance.
