A Grand Junction man is arrested following a domestic abuse felony charge.
Greene County Sheriff Steve Haupert says 19 year-old Angus Lee Foutch of Grand Junction was arrested Sunday night in the 800 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction.
Haupert states that Foutch allegedly threatened his mother during a family argument and assaulted his sister.
Two deputies responded to the call on Sunday night and arrested and booked Foutch in the Greene County Jail where he remains held on a Class D Felony charge for domestic abuse assault.
According to Iowa Courts Online, there is no previous criminal history for Foutch.
No trial date has been set.
