A deputy was advised of an unoccupied vehicle on 250th Street near D Avenue. The deputy checked the vehicle and placed a 24 hour removal tag upon the car.

A deputy is investigating the disappearance of an electronic tablet from a residence in the 900 block of Sand Street in Churdan. The owner indicated that he knows who is in position of the tablet and the deputy will be contacting that female about returning it to him.

A deputy is investigating to determine the driver of a vehicle that was reported to have passed a stopped school bus while its lights were activated.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
