Yard waste pick-up in Perry starts this week.

City crews will pick up all materials set by the curb before 7am each Wednesday through the middle of November.

Residents need to put the waste in biodegradable paper yard bags with a maximum weight of forty pounds each.  Garbage containers, plastic bags and cardboard boxes will not be picked up.

All tree, brush and brush materials need to be bundled and tied together in maximum lengths of four feet and maximum weight of forty pounds.
