A deputy investigated a dog running at large in the 900 block of Main Street in Scranton. The dog was picked up and taken to paws.

A deputy investigated an accident in the 1400 block of 100th Street. Donna Ruth of Gowrie was east bound on the roadway when a 4 wheeler driver by a 13 year old male came out of the ditch. Donna struck the 4 wheeler with the front bumper of the car pushing them both into the ditch. Donna was driving a 2010 Chevy Impala. The damage was estimated at 3000 dollars to the car. The 4 wheeler was a Honda 250 trx. The damage to the 4 wheeler was around 1500 dollars damage. The 13 year old male was transported by Churdan Rescue to the Lake City Hospital.

A deputy investigated a theft of iron in the 900 block of A Avenue.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office, Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, and the Perry Police Department conducted search warrants at 305 10th Street in Perry and a second search warrant at 911 West 5th Street in Perry. The search warrants were in conjunction with the burglaries. More Stolen property was located at the residences.

A deputy investigated a phone scam where they were claiming the person won 2,400 dollars and needed to send some money via wire to claim the prize.

A deputy investigated a driving complaint of a black sports car driving fast at Henderson Park.

A deputy investigated a driving complaint of a 2000 green Dodge truck at Squirrel Hollow park.

The animal control officer picked up a cat in the 500 block of East Hager Street in Grand Junction.

A deputy investigate a report of a  4 wheeler on 220th near U Avenue.

The animal control officer investigated a dog running at large in Churdan. The dog was picked up by the owner.

A deputy investigated a alarm at the Lake Side Golf Course. Everything was ok as there were golfers on the course.

A deputy assisted a Carroll County Deputy with a traffic stop of a careless driver in front of Power lift.

In all case when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
