Entries into a host of activities at this year’s Adair County Fair are due early next week.

The Adair County Extension & Outreach Office says area 4-H and FFA youth must hand in registration papers for the Pride of Iowa Contest, fashion show and Share the Fun communication events by Tuesday, July 1st.

Adair County Fair Queen applications are also due on July 1.  Contestants must be at least 16 years of age and no more than 21 years old to qualify.  Queen entrants must also be from Adair County or an adjoining county as long as the majority of their activities are completed in Adair County.

This year’s Adair County Fair will be held from July 16th through the 20th.
