The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office has filed an additional charge against one of the two men involved in an incident that included a physical fight with a deputy in late August.
In addition to the possession of a dangerous weapon charge already filed, 37 year-old David Michael Cannon of Grand Junction is also charged with aiding and abetting.
He is accused of assisting 28 year-old Jesse Lynn Crawford of Jamaica in the commission of possessing marijuana as a third offense.
The charges stem from the August 30th incident in the Casey’s General Store parking lot in Panora when Crawford was arrested on numerous charges including assault of a deputy and possessing a large quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana.
