The Dallas County Extension and Outreach office is hosting a special program this weekend for kids in 4th thought 8th grade and their parents.
The Outdoor Adventures – From Iowa to the Ocean program takes place Saturday from 10-11:30am at the extension office in Adel.
Cindy Watson Pottebaum will lead the program and assist youth with activities and hands-on experiences that help explain the connection between landlocked Iowa and the ocean, while sharing how Iowans impact water both in the sea and our local communities.
