A deputy was advised of an alarm activation at the 209 Main Restaurant in Paton. It was determined that a delivery person had entered the building and activated the alarm.
A deputy was dispatched to the 2400 block of 210th Street to investigate the theft of a laptop computer and tools from a vehicle.
A deputy investigated criminal mischief to four windows at the Grand Junction city shed. It appears that several of the windows were shot with a BB or pellet gun.
A deputy was dispatched to the 500 block of South 12th Street in Grand Junction to help calm a juvenile male that was not cooperative with his caretaker.
A deputy responded to the 2300 block of 210th Street to recover a stolen 4-wheel ATV.
A deputy removed a dead deer from the roadway on 235th Street near the sawmill.
A deputy was dispatched to investigate a reported burglary in the 500 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
