The Greene County High School basketball and wrestling teams are in action tonight. Basketball can be heard on KG98 and streamed on raccoonvalleyradio.com from the middle school gym in Jefferson vs. CMB (Maxwell). Coverage begins at 5:45 p.m. with the girls’ game at 6 p.m. and the boys’ contest to follow. The Greene County girls are 5-7 overall and 5-5 in Heart of Iowa Activities Conference play while the CMB girls are 2-12 overall and 2-9 in the conference. The Greene County boys are 5-6 overall and 5-4 in the league with the Raiders at 5-7 overall and 4-6 in the HOIAC.

The wrestlers go to the middle school gym in Gilbert at 6 p.m. to take on the Tigers in a conference meet, plus non-conference opponent Kuemper Catholic (Carroll). The Rams are 5-8 in dual meets including a 1-3 HOIAC mark.
