Five students from West Central Valley High School have qualified to perform at the All-State Speech Festival. Liam Crawford qualified for acting and original oratory. Vince Doud qualified for acting and poetry. Caroline Doud will perform a literary program. Brandon James will perform a public address. Joel Queener will perform a radio news announcement. The All-State Speech Festival will take place Saturday at the University of Northern Iowa campus.
