It was another wet week in the Raccoon River Valley.
According to the National Weather Service, Guthrie Center added 2.8 inches to their monthly total this week for a total of 3.3 inches this month.
Jefferson saw another 1.7 inches of rain since last week for more than 4.2 inches since our last report. Perry added 1.5 inches to their total this week for almost 5.5 inches in September.
In total, Perry exceeded their normal monthly precipitation level by almost 2.5 inches, Jefferson has surpassed normal levels by 1.25 inch and Guthrie Center is just two one-hundredths of an inch below their monthly average.
