Raccoon Valley Radio’s Caring Christmas Food Drive continues today with an event scheduled in Stuart.

The Big Red Radio will be at Stuart Hometown Foods from 3-5 p.m. for a live remote broadcast. All of the donated items will benefit the Stuart Cottage Pantry. Chair Vi Jones says she’s thankful for the community support. “Sometimes our shelves are full, and sometimes we are really in need. We have people do food drives for us, like Raccoon Valley Radio, which we are thankful for. We’re so grateful that our churches, school and community organizations do food drives for us.”

Everyone is invited to stop by and drop off donations of non-perishable food and personal care items.  Plus, we’ll be selecting qualifiers for our $1,000 Christmas Cash giveaway.
