Panorama High School students will be able to improve their foreign language skills as the school adds advanced Spanish classes this spring.
Teacher Michael Geneser says all students who have successfully completed the Spanish Four course will be eligible to take an Advanced Spanish course offered at the school by Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). The DMACC course will give students the opportunity to earn four college credits at no cost.
Additionally, students will travel to Costa Rica this summer to experience an intensive Spanish-learning program.
