Adel DeSoto Minburn High School has been selected to receive a Project Financial Literacy Award.
Sponsored by the Iowa Bankers Association and Raccoon Valley Bank, the $1,000 award was presented last week.
Raccoon Valley Bank Marketing Officer Kelsey Hughes says all Iowa schools that participate in the program were eligible to be considered for one of 10 awards, with ADM winning the Highest Scoring School award.
The funds can be used to further invest in the school’s financial literacy program or for providing scholarships to students.
