The deadline for Guthrie County 4-H’ers to scratch an animal from being shown at the Guthrie County Fair is coming up. Office Coordinator Vicki Frohling says all scratches must be turned in by Monday, August 15th. If you fail to scratch an animal and don’t bring it to the fair, you’ll be charged $15.
