The Greene County School Board will meet twice tonight.

A work session will begin at 5:15pm. The Board will hear from faculty and staff of the elementary school. Because it is a work session, no formal action will be taken by the Board.

The regular meeting will then start at 6:30pm.

The Board will appoint an individual to fill a vacancy on the Board from the resignation of Ashley Johnston. The Board will then discuss a new grievance complaint report form and a staff reduction in principals.

Under new business, the Board will consider for approval an animal science laboratory proposal, a school improvement advisory committee assignment and set a public hearing for the 2017-18 school calendar.

Both meetings will take place in the conference room of the administrative building in Jefferson.
