Guthrie Center Offices are transitioning into the former Guthrie County State Bank building. City Clerk Laura Wolfe says the move should be complete by the end of February and she is looking forward to the extra space. She says it is difficult to conduct city business with so many operations occurring in such a small building. The old city hall building is being taken over by an adjacent business.
