Russell Gardner 42 of Panora was booked into the jail for a probation violation and interference with official acts.

A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 900 block of R Avenue.

A deputy investigated an injured deer in the 1100 block of 220th Street.

A deputy investigated a theft in the 2400 block of 337th Street.

A deputy contacted an owner of cattle out on D Avenue and 120th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
