The ISA has been governed by a volunteer board of 22 soybean farmers since its inception in 1964. It is funded by the Soybean Checkoff and other non-checkoff resources. ISA helps to implement programs, activities and policies to improve the competitiveness of the soybean industry and benefit the nearly 40,000 soybean farmers.
Bardole previously served as the at-large director with ISA in 2015.
