The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider for approval appointing Tracey Deal to the Parks and Recreation Board, a resolution to combine lots from 300 to 308 North Elm Street for zoning and tax purposes, a resolution for reimbursement for golf course equipment, purchasing a liner for the swimming pool, and the second reading to amend an ordinance to increase water and sewer rates each by three percent. Additionally, the Council will consider approving a $150,000 forgivable loan agreement for East State Street Properties to renovate 204-206 East State Street and a resolution for a $100,000 catalyst grant toward the project. Finally, the Council will consider approving a facade improvement grant application toward the same project.

The meeting begins at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
