The bounceback 2018 season for the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers varsity football team ended in Council Bluffs Friday night against one of the best teams statewide. The Tigers drove to the Nebraska/Iowa border for a matchup with Class 3A No. 1 Lewis Central in the last regular season game of the 2018 season. The Titans were too much for the Tigers, closing an undefeated regular season with a 52-7 win. ADM’s lone score came with 47 seconds remaining in the game, a one yard touchdown run by senior Nick Bradshaw. The Tigers conclude the season with a 5-4 overall record, a five win improvement from last fall and their first winning varsity football season since 2012. ADM loses 12 players to graduation.
